It was pretty good. Of course some of the special effects such as the intense speed and Edward's amazing glimmer seem under-done, but there is only so much Hollywood can do for these things. There were a few additions that made it odd and in personal opinion it could have been a bit more suspenseful and dramatic and a little more action. With luck, they'll spend more time on the next movies and roll out better details and follow the novel a little closer (though we always hope this will happen it rarely does. But all in all it was a good movie. Definitely going out and buying the soundtrack and the movie once it comes out on DVD in a fancy collectors edition with some super shiny poster or something of the like that they put in those movie boxes nowadays. Next stop for me will be the mall to get my fill of memorabilia to show my Twilight pride.

So much so that I had to force myself to finish the last book just to get some closure 🤨. You nicknamed my daughter after the Loch ness monster.
